Together with our supplier, we continuously test different paper materials and finishes to create a durable star that delivers the best possible experience. The adhesive used is specially developed to withstand the Scandinavian climate, ensuring the star endures significant temperature variations and can be folded and unfolded year after year. All of this forms the foundation of what we deliver: the market’s finest and most distinctive paper stars.

Made from 100% recycled textile.
Production takes place in a green factory area with high environmental standards. Several of our stars are made from 100% recycled textile, and the factory uses no water in its production — helping conserve India’s resources, where clean drinking water is scarce. Large windows allow natural daylight to fill the workspace, reducing electricity use and creating a bright, pleasant environment for the artisans who carefully fold, glue and punch each star by hand. The majority of these artisans are women, and by choosing paper stars from our supplier, you help support greater independence for women in India.
